Snow Heart Crystals is not responsible for additional costs (i.e. duties, customs, shipping), stolen/lost packages, shipping delays, or packages that are shipping to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure that shipping address is correct at time of purchase. 

If the package arrived damage, please take a photo before opening. 

Free Shipping Options
Canada: Available on all orders with minimum $100 CAD purchase subtotal, which would include any discounts if any.

US: Available on all orders with minimum $150 CAD purchase subtotal, which would include any discounts if any.

Local Options
Local Delivery: Select option at checkout. 1-3 business days delivery to these areas in Ontario:
- $5: Richmond Hill, Markham, Stouffville
- $10: Aurora, Newmarket, North York, Scarborough, Vaughan

Free Local Pickup: Select option at checkout. Usually ready within 24 hours. 
Location: Richmond Green Sports Centre and Park (1300 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, Ontario) 

For Both Options: You'll receive an email from snowheart.crystals@gmail.com to coordinate location and timing. Show confirmation email so that the product is going to the right person. If picking up on behalf of someone else, provide their name in advance prior to the drop off. Want to make sure the gems are going to the right homes!
